Chocolate cake recipe
Chocolate cake

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate
5 eggs
100 g unsalted butter
2 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 spoons brandy or orange liqueur
1/4 cup corn flour
1 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder

Separate the eggs.

Melt the chocolate with the milk in law temperature.
After melted add the butter until melted, take off the oven, and then add one by one the egg yoke steering genteelly.
Add the liqueur.

Put the dry ingredients together and mix

Whip the egg white and add the sugar slowly while whipping

Slowly add the melted chocolate to the whipped egg white and then add slowly with gentle steering the dry ingredients.

Put the mix into an oily 10 inch /26 cm mold.
Put into a preheat oven of 320 Fahrenheit /160 Celsius and bake for 20 – 30 minutes, depending if you like it wet or dry.
After it’s done take out the oven.

If you like toppings put to melt 100 g of dark chocolate with 250 g of whipped creme and one table spoon brandy.
Let it cool and then pour on the cake.
Sounds absolutely divine! And it is gluten-free, too. Just for interest, what is your native language? Your English is charming.
This is a recipe I will try, as I have celiac disease and am always on the look-out for "special" treats that are wheat-free. There is something about chocolate, especially lots of chocolate ...
