I just heard about circle lenses. They are contact lenses with larger than usual pupils which girls wear to make them look like babies (or something).  They are apparently a huge hit with Korean pop stars going for the cute little girl look. Here is a randomly chosen picture from the internet.



Anyone care to comment on the phenomenon? I now know all about how makeup reflects the sexual flush after this site and my girlfriend's sociology class but I still think it would be weird to interact with somebody with huge pupils in everyday life. On the other hand I agree a lot of people are cuter as babies, maybe like this they can return to those glory days.
