I also agree with Linda - it's got to be a transferable skill - it's a "persuasion skill", which is a useful tool in any kind of chest - personal, professional, which ever way you cut it in Life. You want to reorganise the company and take the staff with you with enthusiasm? Seduce them into it, so they go willingly. That's where it could be very useful in a business manager's tool kit.
