Obama is expected to make a statement on the No First Use policy in the Nuclear Posture Review.  Indications in the past have pointed towards Obama supporting American adoption of a NFU policy; however recent reports on discussions have been more ambiguous, while still indicating a reduction in the Nuclear Arsenal.
I am looking for information on both sides, either indicating that he is recanting previous statements or that there are credible opinions that he is still looking to push for an American posture of NFU.
