What do you do when you're happy?
I just saw a film, Jonathan Demme's Rachel getting married, where they were dancing and singing from happiness during a wedding and it made me think: What do I do when I'm happy?

Like the people in the film I guess I dance and sing, but not really. I also like to talk to friends and family. But mostly, me - I think. When I'm happy I get an energy which usually brings about a lot of thoughts. It gives one concentration.
Many people drink (e.g. champagne), which I don't do that much . But all of these things, dancing, drinking, jumping, have one thing in common - they make the world spin. Thought - it makes the world spin too. Instead of moving yourself you move the world. That energy puts the world in motion.

And you, what do you do when you're happy?
Why is happiness connected to motion? And why wasn't it mentioned in the How to be happy discussion?
When I'm happy something invariably goes awry if I don't 'contain' it! Happiness makes me risky is what I'm saying I guess, leading me to underestimate the possibility of error/poor judgement. Whenever I have missed containment, disaster of some sort has ensued. I recall one of the clearest, most beautiful summer days 2 years ago I jumped on my motorcycle and left work feeling like I could float, there was an out of this world joy in me that afternoon. In approximately 10 minutes I was lying in the middle of 495 South, with my motorcyle on its side bleeding oil and spotting a handle bar bent by the impact, I walked away so I had a lot to be thankful for but boy I haven't forgotten!
