Yoga balls at work
Many friends of mine always tell me I should buy a yoga ball to sit on at work instead of a chair, it is much healthier and engages the spine, and so on. But, it turns out that no one but me in the group has actually taken this advice. Well, I enjoy new things.

I have to say honestly that my first day with the yoga ball was a disaster. I am alright sitting up straight and looking out the window, but it is hard to stay very still. As long as I can do this, I can see the benefits of the ball. The moment I look down at my desk again I start moving very slightly. After about fifteen minutes I get quite seasick. I decided to hide the ball under my desk and return to my chair. It is such a pleasure to be still!

Has anyone else solved this problem? Should I try to continue? Should I just take it home and try to use it for exercise?
